Transitions
Life is about change. We deal with changes in our lives all the time, but sometimes we have a transition that seems bigger than we are used to and we may become overwhelmed. During those times we might need a little extra support and guidance to help us face that new challenge. Knowing you are not alone can make a time of uncertainty less frightening, reduces stress and anxiety and allows you to find the poise and grace to accept the transition and allow the transformation of your self. It is all part of becoming who you are meant to be.
